    Must have(s)
    At least 3+years of experience as a recruiter/technical recruiter, recruiting professionals particularly in the IT industry with in India and US
    Background and experience in sourcing/recruiting IT professionals at various levels and technologies based on job orders.
    Experience in recruiting using Job Sites/Boards, Internet etc.,
    Possess good attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills along with good negotiation and decision-making skills.
    Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel etc.,) and email/internet.
    Ability to understand Technologies ( ERP, J2ee, .Net, Data Warehousing etc)

    Job Responsibilities :
    Search Resumes on the database; job sites/boards
    Post requirements on the job sites/boards
    Broadcast requirements to other subcontractors/vendors
    Screen the Candidates over the phone
    Shortlist candidates according to the requirements, format resumes and submit the same to Account Managers
    Communicate with the candidates on the status of the submission
    Negotiate Salary/bill rate with the candidates
    Put together offer letters and employment contracts and Corp to Corp to agreements.
    Maintain database of candidates using online software package
    Ability to Work Independently in a Fast Paced Environment with minimum supervision
    Excellent Oral/Written Communication and Technical Skills
