- Assisted in marketing the bank’s recommended investment ideas or switch ideas to clients based on their investment profile and their preferred investment class on a daily basis –products included Bonds, Equities, Foreign Exchange, Mutual Funds, Dual Currency Option deposits, Structured notes on fixed income, equities & foreign exchange, Plain Vanilla and Exotic Options on equities, foreign exchange & fixed income and Insurance.
- Proposed various account structures to suit clients’ specifications when setting up new accounts - such as individual accounts; corporate accounts; and investment company accounts based out of BVI, Samoa, Seychelles and other tax haven jurisdictions; trust managed company accounts, etc.
- Assisted in setting up clients’ credit facilities; managing their credit portfolios for various investments (including mortgage financing) and monitoring their credit positions to ensure required margins were maintained to prevent shortfalls.
- Monitored outstanding orders on Equities, Bonds and Foreign Exchange for clients by tracking current levels regularly.
- Liaised with various departments (dealers, analysts, credit team & operations) for the smooth execution of daily client requests.

Achievements :
- Executed an Equity Option deal of USD 2 million by convincing a client who had not invested with us in over a year.
- Was promoted from handling clients of the Junior Relationship Manager to handling clients of the Department Head.
- Received appreciation for my consistent efforts and hard work directly from clients who referred other prospective clients.

- Supporting the Equity dealing team in their day to day activities and responsible for streamlining their processes
- Worked on 2 projects to create a comprehensive database of the Structured Products launched by the bank in Asia, for the Equities and the Foreign Exchange Desks.
- Did a comparison of the yields offered by various issuers of Equity Linked Notes and compiled a comprehensive list of the best issuer for various markets in Asia and Europe to send out to clients on a daily basis.
- Developed presentations and One-pagers of the Structured Products offered by the Equities Desk to present to clients.
- Sent out weekly lists of all the launched products in that week.

Achievements :
- Received an Excellent in every area of my work in my final assessment.
- Was offered a position in the Wealth Management Sales division of BNP on the recommendation of the Advisory Desk Head.

I came across your posting as a search result for MSc Wealth Management from WMI. As you are an alumni of this institute I just wanted to enquire from you how beneficial this course can be for me. My brief profile is as under:

MBA (Marketing & Finance)
B.Tech
Work Experience- 3 yrs as Business Analyst in IT industry.
