    Working with SITA Process (Society International de Telecommunication Aeronautics) in Order Management Team, handling Air France and KLM customer.

    SITA is the leading group providing network solutions to airlines around the Global. It provides leased line Circuits, IP VPN, X.25, X.28, ATM etc. along with the Routers and Protocols. Ensuring proper provisioning and testing of circuits via mail correspondence.
    1. Read the Specification Requirements (SRF from customer)
    2. Dispatch the orders (Customer name/Product type/Service type/Valid/Invalid)
    3. Do Validations-------
    - Contract (Agree-id/ Debt Validation/Authorized Agent/Mandatory checks)
    - Technical Validation
    -Check Routers Type/Make/Model/Card/Numbers.
    -Check Circuits Speed/FR/ATM/X25/EMTOX/IPVPN.
    - Processing in Tools-----
    - Boss – Business Operation support system (Made in Siebel language).
    - FILEADE– Router tool.
    - INFORMATION FACTORY – information about to track orders
    - SESAME – Tools to track current orders
    - OPAS – Tools for customer.
    4. Make Calls to customer -----
    - If mandatory information missing in SRF.
    - Customer comes back to change the orders at the quickest.
    - Solve the query for placing orders.
    5. Do follow-ups with Customers and Service providers till the required installation is done and Order is On Line.
    6. Close the order.

    Siebel Project :-
    - Currently I am responsible for functional and end to end testing of new version of Siebel Application testing and Coordinating and assisting the UAT team in testing the new product / services. Analysis and resolution of business issues.
    - Reviewing the test cases
    - Gather and Define Business requirements
    - Take responsibility of ensuring that applications fulfill the business
    - Liaise with various business units and region to gather requirements and resolve issues.
    - Co-ordination with global Business Users, Development and SITA teams ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables. Processing change requests.
    - Suggest business process and system improvements that will optimize existing processes and improve business systems.
    - Day to day interaction with project champions and other stakeholders, including product manager, quality assurance, technical support, software developers and globally-based program management and software development groups.
