Public Private Partnership Project on Prevention and Treatment of STI/RTI, Funded by National AIDS Control Organisation, Parivar Seva Sanstha, New Delhi
- Direct responsible for implementation of the project in the State of Delhi, Punjab, and UT – Chandigarh
- Liaison with Mentor Organisation such as Different SACS, TSU and other related organisation
- Planning various activities of the project and entrusting proper job allocation to subordinate staff and self as well as assisting other units in the doing the same
- Train, develop and motivate the team members of the project and provide Supportive Supervision
- Responsible to develop an environment of effective and result oriented working among staff maintain high standard of employee productivity
- Provide technical assistance to the project staff in conduction orientation training of franchised Private Practitioners and communication activity
- Provide guidance to the mapping team in selection of private practitioners involved in STI/RTI treatment, and check about the correctness of their selection in PPP initiative under the project

- Provide technical assistance innovate/adapt appropriate IEC materials (teaching and learning aids) as per the local needs of the project
