o Responsible for inspection of extruded materials from extrusion up to final dispatching as per customer demand or ISO specification.
o Inspection of extruded materials is carried through vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, bevel protractor, etc. in order to maintain dimensional stability of products as per proved sectional drawing of the object.
o Dimensional variations like ovality, diagonality, concavity, thickness, etc. are maintained for tubes, pipes, flat bars, motor body and many objects as per ISO specifications.
o Maintenance of physical and mechanical properties of objects like hardness, conductivity, UTS, proof stress etc. are maintained by using suitable quality parameters like temperature, quenching, extrusion, speed, etc. as per customer demand.
o Testing of the mechanical and physical properties by using hardness machine, UTS machine, caustic test, oxide test of solid bars or rods, drift test, crimping test and crack test of pipes (tubes), ferrules, flat bars etc.
o Being a quality supervisor, I commit my best and honest efforts for getting better and better results without any rejection for making my company sounel for providing quality products.

I.S.C(class xi) passed in the year 2002 (60%), I.C.S.E.(class x)passed in in 2000(60.25%). and graduation in the year 2006 from vidyasagar university with(45%).
