Position : Junior Quality Assurance Chemist.
Jobs and Responsibilities :
- The creation of Standard Operating Procedures as necessary and their reviews, revision and distribution.
- The preparation of specifications of raw, packing, in process & finished goods including methods of analysis in co-ordination with Quality Control department.
- To co-ordinate with respective departments for the preparation of Master Formula Records, periodical checking of the log books of various departments for appropriate entries.
- Issue Formulation card & Batch Manufacture Record (BMR) sheets for Production department of various dosage forms and maintain the record of the same.
- Monitoring Stability Studies data.
- Perform IPQC Test for various dosage form.
- Log Book check & give Line Clearance for Tablets, Bond, External Liquid, Raw Material Store Room, Ointment, Capsule and injection Department.
- Carried out Temperature Mapping & Trend Analysis.
- Concurrent revalidation of tablets.
