1. Project Title: Examination Control System
Period of 6 months.

Project The project “Examination Control System” is a Web Application which performs the
Summary: allocation of examinees to exam halls and the invigilators allotment in any
educational institution. Examination Control System mainly deals with all the
information regarding examination in any Educational Institution such as – Login
system through username and password, Student information, Teacher
information, Scheduling Examination routine.
In this system the inputs are Student information including registration no,
examination routine, number of rooms and their capacity, faculty details including
the leave application or off day if any which are stored in Oracle tables. Those
information are then processed in Java Program block to produce the desired
output of the system, which is divided into two parts. One of them will be
automatically mailed to the faculties collecting their mail ids from database and the
second will be printed for display in the Notice Board.

Technical Front End: JSP using Netbeans IDE

Server: JBoss Application Server

2. Project Title: Recruitment Management System

Project Recruitment management system is the comprehensive tool to manage the entire
Summary: recruitment processes of an organization. It is one of the technological tools
facilitated by the information management systems to the HR of organization. The
recruitment management system is an innovative information system tool which
helps to save the time and costs of the recruiters and improving the recruitment
processes.
Recruitment manage system is created using Forms 6i and Report 4.5 and Oracle
9i is used to create the database. The system contains normalized table structures
and can generate automated ids which at any given time can give candidate
information related to personal details or educational qualification providing the
number of vacancies available as well as information about candidate who has
cleared the Aptitude, Group Discussion or HR round. The system finally generates
Offer Letters and Appointment Letters for the successful candidates.
