Mulamoottil Eye Hospital (MEH), Kerala's leading ophthalmic centre was started in 2003 with the objective of providing "world class eye care at affordable cost".

Mulamoottil Group
A reputed business name with diverse interests from Kerala - Mulamoottil Group was established in the year 1966 by M. A. Thomas, after serving in Malaysia for several years. His son, Jacob Thomas is the present chairman of the group. Mulamoottil Trading Company, which specializes in the wholesale supply of construction materials still thrives as the dominant player in this field.
