SENIOR ENGINEER:
An exciting opportunity exists with Waterworks for results-oriented professional senior engineer to take a lead role in our Dubai office. The role includes but not limited to developing turnkey advanced/conventional water & wastewater systems, business development and overseeing projects in the Middle East.

Duties include:
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to staff including recruitment
* Managing and motivating a team of sales and project engineers to achieve the companies goals and annual sales
* Maintaining designs, budgets and technical proposal for water and wastewater projects
* Overall project management of awarded projects, including managing project costs and analyzing project expenditures

Qualifications:
* Solid design skills with background in process/mechanical engineering
* Advanced knowledge of environmental legislation, guidelines and policies, principles/practices of industrial/ municipal environmental controls, and waste management theories, principles and practices; experience in a field environment, meeting conflicting/changing deadlines; superior interpersonal skills; demonstrated communication, presentation, project management and conflict resolution skills; strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to prepare technical reports; working knowledge of computers/software
* Chemical/Environmental engineering discipline
* At least 8-10 years working experience in effluent treatment/water treatment system
