- Ensure that monthly, weekly & daily sales targets, WALK-INS, Conversions and ARPU targets are achieved.
- Ensure excellence in new age customer service standards, CRM data maintenance & handling customer complaints.
- Stock Replenishment/Inventory Management - Stock verification, pilferage control. Keep a check on policies and procedures to make sure they are being practiced religiously by the staff.
- Visual Merchandising - to ensure that store visual merchandising is maintained as per the brand standards. Clear expression of special campaigns, discounts, themes.
- Store Maintenance & Housekeeping - to ensure that the store is properly maintained in terms of cleanliness, fixtures etc.
- Data Management - prepare & submit MIS reports as per company guidelines.
- Plan and execute market based promotional activities.
