    We are on the look out for personnel in all categories for all our locations, starting from Receptionists to Doctors of varied specialties. Post Graduation for all our positions are compulsory. Computer Skills, Communication Skills, Inter-Personal Relations Skills, Specialization as per vacancy requirements are our other requirements.

    Immediate Requirements for our Hospital at Kakkanad are as follows:

    All those eligible, who believe they can reflect our corporate character, can send in their resume or attend walk- in interviews conducted every Thursday afternoons between 2pm and 5pm at Kakkanad. Resumes will be also be collated into our resume bank, which will be referred to and called upon as and when vacancies arises.

    Selected Administrative Staff will be trained in their respective subjects for 15 days and will be put on probation, on completion of which, if found competent, will be made permanent.

    Selected Nursing Staff will be appointed as Trainees and given a 15 days training in all subjects. Then they will be put into service for 1 year on stipend after which, they will be absorbed by the hospital on a permanent basis if found competent.

    All our Staff Nurses are trained regularly, once a week by doctors and specialists to improve their skills and subject knowledge in both theory and practical.

    We also invite tie-ups with Training Institutions, for a ‘one year Training Bond for Nursing Staff’. Certificates will be provided on completion.
