- Current role includes planning, scheduling, providing technical support for troubleshooting and executing maintenance activities by leading team of engineers and technicians as well as effective utilization of SAP MM, PM module and condition monitoring system.
- Forecasting the requirement of optimum spares considering preventive and breakdown maintenance with applicable codes, standards & statutory requirements.
- Current role includes reporting conditions and plans of maintenance activities to the higher management, training subordinates to enhance their knowledge. Played an important role for commissioning of oil trains, utilities and well pads for producing oil of 125000 BOPD.
- About Organisation : The installation at Barmer-Rajastan is an E& P terminal, having crude oil processing unit to remove water, sand and gas from crude oil with Distributed Control System with captive power plant of 48 MW.

Onshore position- Manager
- Managed operations and maintenance activities in Vadinar Oil Terminal Limited under management of Essar Oil Limited. The Marine oil Terminal is capable of dispatching petroleum products in to oil tankers delivered from refinery with the capacity of 14 MMTPA.
- Responsibilities includes ensuring quality and quantity of products loaded into ship, pipeline pigging activities, pumping operations, mooring tankers alongside marine jetty, making agreement with ship for loading petroleum products, safety of entire terminal, maintenance of rotating machineries, oil storage tanks, cross country pipelines, loading arm, various pumps, spillage recovery equipments and fire fighting equipments.

EXPERTISE ON OFFSHORE AREAS :
Managed O &M activities of SPM (Single Point Mooring) at Vadinar Oil Terminal. Managed boarding officers, divers and liaising with ships for crude unloading activities from vessel to crude oil terminal via SPM.
SHELL INTERNATIONAL TRADING AND SHIPPING LIMITED 2004-2007 Offshore position : MARINE ENGINEER ON OIL TANKERS
- Sailed on Shell's largest crude oil tankers M.T. OMALA, a VLCC and products tankers M.T. HAMENIA, M.T. HASTULA.VLCC ships propelled by marine engine of capacity 34650 HP and she can carry crude of 200000 DWT.
- Hands on expertise on operations and maintenance of machineries of main plant and ancillary plant. Handled various equipments by understanding machinery functions and control which unique on every ship. Planning, preparation of equipments for planned and unplanned maintenance activities considering arrival, departure of port as well as sailing duration of ship.
- A brief list machines handled onboard ships given below :
Marine Diesel Generators installed for generating electricity from alternator coupled with it (MAKE : YANMAR, SULZER). Main diesel Engines installed for starting the propelling engine (MAKE: MAN B&W, SULZER), High-pressure Air Compressors for propelling ship (MAKE: TANABE, ATLAS COPCO).
