    Job Resposibility
    Primary role will be to set up the operations & sales team.
    - Will be responsible for opening new branches in his / her zone and overall branch set up & operational aspect for the branches in the zone.
    - Should be experienced and well versed with the distribution / capital market activities.
    - Would need to have in-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics.
    - Would be primarily responsible for profitability & to achieve the overall corporate goal for the zone.
    - Manage administrative & Human Capital requirement and effectively co-ordinate with the Head Office.
    - Mentor the team, guide & motivate them.

    Job Profile :
    Ideal Candidate Should Have
    - MBA preferred not mandatory with good communication skills.
    - B. Com, M. Com and BBA’s with adequate experience will also be considered.
    - 6-8 yrs of industrial experience.
    - The incumbent should have excellent experience in Regional head in Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Securities Broking
    - Equities & Derivatives, Depository & Custodial, and Distribution of Financial Products. Institutional Equity Broking & Debt Broking. Merchant Banking.
    - Candidates from Banks are also invited but with good Experience in Equity & Mutual funds management.
    - All the Branch Managers will report to him.
    - Motivated and self starter with a proven track record and a hunger to excel.
