- Responsibilities :
1. Experience and supervision of fabrication, piping (on-plot, off plot, cross country and GRE, RTR), columns, structural, repair of tanks and tank fabrication / erection. Heavy equipment erection like steam generator, cooler, KOD, Chemicals and MSV skid and heavy pumps.
2. Sub contracting, issue of construction engineering documents including detailed procedures, work schedule, planning, coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, monitoring the progress of works and expenditures, site meetings, MIS, quality control, bill checking, closing out and material reconciliation.
3. Knowledge and competent of Hot Tapping and Cold tapping on live line. General maintenance like pipe partial replacement, leak and furmanite clamping and weld repairing all types of channel head / cover, floating head / cover, shells, boilers, evaporators and heaters.
4. Experience and familiar with SMAW, GTAW, SAW welding and different materials like carbon steels, alloy, monel, inconel, stainless steels and conversant with material specification codes.
