Nor Crane a manufacturer of hydraulic deck machinery for the marine and offshore industry with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Norway, China and India is planning to extend its activities and are in the process to establish a service department in the company’s workshop in Al Jadaf Ship Docking Yard, position required for immediate placement are as follow:

Minimum 10 years experience from hydraulic installations, troubleshooting and repairs of pumps, motors, cylinders, power packs. Experience in laying of tubing/piping. Will also be involved in commissioning of new equipment, must have knowledge of hydraulic diagrams and understanding of these related to component selections.

Experience : (1) I have been working as a Production Engineer at ‘National Wire Product’ in Rajkot for 1 yr. They are manufacturer of nail making machine and wire draw machine. They are manufacturing component of their machine onV.M.C. I was handling the production of those components.

(2) Currently I am working as a ‘CAD Engineer’ in ‘Innovative Mould Works’ since 2006 Jan., situated in Rajkot. So, I have 5 ½ years of experience as a Head of Design & Development department. Here we have tool room with ‘8 V.M.C’ (Vertical Machining Center) machine with in house assembly department. And we are developing the Pattern for Sand Casting & Dies of Investment Casting on V.M.C machine for reputed companies of India and abroad also.
We are working for the Giant companies of India like ‘Elecon, Sulzer-India, Siemens-India, ITT-India, PTC-Lucknow, Crompton Greaves, ABB, BBL, Havels etc. And we also works with international companies like ‘Tech Cast-USA, ITT- USA, Ampo-USA’
I can individually do the Pattern Design and Die Design for Sand Casting & Investment Casting respectively, on computer with the help of 3D software like ‘I-Deas-12’.
“I can generate the 3D model from drawing as well as from given component by ‘Reverse Engineering method’. I also can generate 3D surface model by using 3D surface command in ‘Ideas-12’ software.
I can generate the 3D model with ‘Drafting allowances’ which is very necessary operation for designing. I also can decide the ‘Parting Line’ of the casting component which is most critical operation of design.

I also can deal with customer for technical query in provided drawing. I can guide the other designers to solve technical query as well as guide them in design. I also can provide them some use full technique to create error free 3D model.
I also can develop detail engineering drawing. I can prepare ‘Bill Of Material’ (BOM). I have good communication skill, so that I can handle the customer.
I have make the design of Hydraulic components related to Investment Casting like Impeller, Diffuser, Hydraulic Casing, Hydraulic Bowl, Turbine Blade. I have also make the design for Lift Gear Box, Motor Body which is cast in Sand Cast Foundry. I have also an experience of making the design of components which are cast with the Lost Foam Method. Thus, I have lots of an experience of generating 3D model and making its design, which are cast by different technique in foundry.

I also have primary knowledge of ‘Sand Casting’ foundry & have theoretical knowledge of Runner, Riser, and Gating system. Which is very use full to create error free 3D model & design.
