Title : DWDM
Focus : Worked on 88 channel DWDM system for long haul applications. It was consisted of Optical MUX, DEMUX, Amplifier Module, DCM, and OSA Card, Control Card (OSC card or CMCC card) for monitoring. Furthermore, it communicated with 15 transponder cards and has the provision of mid access of DCM, OADM and ROADM.
Responsibilities :
Designing the amplifier,mux, DEMUX car using ORCAD
Verification of PCB layout with PCB tool
Selection of power supply modules
Selection of discrete logic components
Making the BOM.
Finalization of mechanical.
Contact with optical module vendor& finalize the module according to the customer requirement.

Title : TELLABS 6325 Edge Node (EN)
Synopsis : The project handled a customized version of Tellabs regular 6325 Edge node, a modular product which used to be configured on the customer-based requirement. It was the world’s smallest multi services provisioning platform (MSPP) fitted in single 1U rack. It was STM-1 upgradeable to STM-4/16 SDH capacity and E1/E3/DS3 interfaces.
Responsibilities : Hardware Validation of PIM1-21 module(trib card)

- Design document preparation for PIM1-63, PIM1P-126,PIM1-252 TIP.(trib cards, no denotes the total no of E1 can be dropped)
- Schematic design finalization of PIM1-63, PIM1P-126 and TIP.
- Prototyping and debugging of all PIM modules in board level.
