- Team Manager for RMs & REs - minimum 3 yrs of experience in General & Life Insurance(only Male candidates)
- Relationship Managers(RM) - minimum 2+ yrs of experience in General / Life Insurance
- Relationship Executives(RE) - 1 yr experience in General / Life Insurance
- Team lead for Telesales - minimum 2 yrs of experience(M/F candidates) in General & Life Insurance
- Telesales Executives - 6 mon to 1 yr experience in General / Life Insurance
1. Corporate Relationship Manager:
The candidate should be a graduate with a background in Marketing and General Insurance. Should have at least two years work experience in the field, and have contact with Corporate Houses and must be able to increase business.
2. Retail Relationship Manager:
The candidate should be a graduate with a background in Marketing and General Insurance, and must have at least two years selling experience in Motor and Travel Insurance to individual customers. Candidates with extensive contact with vehicle dealers, vehicle financiers, travel agents, tour operators, are welcome to apply.
3. Help Desk Executives:
Calling graduates with multi tasking ability. The candidates should have proficiency in basic Computer Skills to be able to operate MS Word and Excel and internet usage to be able to handle daily correspondence and email. The candidates should be competent in Spoken English and Tamil, and should have telephone skills in both languages to handle with ease and confidence queries from customers, insurers, TPAs, HR personnel from various Corporate Houses.
