ENGINEERING MANAGER
Job Description:
In this position you will be responsible for building and leading an independent division to take on turnkey projects from inception to delivery in simulation driven product design and development. You will be actively involved in recruiting, mentoring and leading a team of CAE and Design engineers. For this position, Zuti is looking for a highly technical individual with hands on expertise in engineering analysis and product development and a strong background in one or more of the industry domains (Automotive, Aerospace, Off-Highway etc.). The candidate should have a good perspective of product development processes and metrics.

Experience: 8+ Years
At least 2 years of experience should have been at the team leader or engineering manager level.
Strong domain knowledge in Mobility Engineering.
Should be well versed with engineering design process and should have project management experience.
Strong background in engineering analysis and mechanics. Working knowledge of testing co-relation is desirable.
Should posses good team management and mentoring skills.

Education: An M.E in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics or in Related Areas
