TEAM LEAD – DESIGN
Job Responsibility:

To lead and motivate a group of CAD designers and engineers. Actively participate in turnkey product design and development projects in Automotive, Off-Highway systems, General Engineering etc. Mentor and induct new engineers to take up positions in design. Focus on Metrics (Quality/Productivity/Schedule) and continuous improvement of systems and processes for effective project execution and delivery.

Experience: 5+ Years
Working experience in CAD/PLM tools such as Pro-E, UG, CATIA is a must (at least 2 years experience in Pro-E is a must)
Good experience in sheet metal design, engineering design process, managing drawing changes, modeling, tolerance stackup studies etc.
Should have good communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and Good team player

Education: B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical
