CAE ENGINEER
Job Description:
In this job you will undergo an initial training in finite element modeling and domain specific engineering analysis. Thereafter the engineer will be working on FE modeling and analysis projects under close supervision of team leads and engineering managers. With initiative and motivation the engineer can assume independent responsibility for simulation projects in Durability, NVH, Impact, Structural Optimization etc.
Desired Profile:
Strong background in Solid Mechanics, Plasticity, Engineering Materials Behavior, Dynamics (Vibration, Transient)
Good understanding of Finite Element Theory (Linear and non-linear, Contact analysis, Frequency,Instability)
Good analytical thinking and ability to solve engineering problems
Education:
M.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace/Applied Mechanics with good academic credentials.
Knowledge of commercial FE packages such as HyperMesh, ABAQUS, LS-Dyna, Nastran, ANSYS, OptiStruct etc. is desirable but not essential.
Programming in Fortran, C, Tcl/Tk will be an added asset.
Location: Hyderabad

TITLE : MULTIPURPOSE HYDRAULIC MACHINE
PURPOSE :
Comfort coupled with safety and simplicity is what man strives for. Our project has been to bring about both .The culmination of our effort has resulted in development of a new “Multipurpose Hydraulic Machine”.
The project present a basic as well as very professional treatment of the subject in a very comprehensive, based on learning effort and understanding capability of today as per their levels
The device is simple and comfortable. The design of the device is based on hydraulics where pressure phenomenon is taken into consideration. Basic calculation, drawing, designing is included in the project.
The salient features of our machine can be listed as the mechanism used is very simple, easy for operation; no skill is required to operate the machine.
PAPER PRESENTATION :
- Participated in technical festival and presented a paper on QUAD ROTOR FLYING ROBOT
- Presented a seminar in our college on AFFECTIVE DESIGN DESIGN :SIMPLE BIPEDAL ROBOT .
