Position : Sr. Manager (Finance)
Experience : 9-12 yrs
Job Description/Skill Set Income Tax Matters
* Computation and deposit of fringe benefit tax, preparation of yearly corporate tax return, Tax audit
* Coordination for transfer pricing compliance of the company, review of withholding tax compliances of the company
* Preparation and presentation of documentation and coordination for corporate income tax assessments
* Preparation and presentation of documentation and coordination for transfer pricing income tax assessments
* Making provisions and controlling of tax figures in books of accounts, review of withholding taxes on salaries
* Time to time liasioning with tax consultants and tax authorities, computation of deferred tax
* Advising Management the ways to save taxes

MIS
* Cost centre wise reporting, inter company invoicing
* Preparation of budget on yearly basis
* Variance analysis i.e. comparison of actual figures to budgeted figures
* Presenting the summary of transactions at month end.
* Monthly review of transactions for monthly reporting
* Co-coordinating internal audit

Service Tax Matters
* Compliances including CENVAT Credit and timely deposit of taxes.
* Preparation and filing of service tax returns.
* Coordination for Preparation of refund claims.
* Liasioning for obtaining refunds with authorities

Contractual /Legal
* Finalization of leases & contracts of vendors
* Labour law compliances

Company Law Matters
* Drafting of Board Minutes / AGM Minutes
* Duly filing of various forms
* Liasioning with consultants and authorities

STPI and Custom/Excise Compliance
* Softex forms
* Preparation of monthly and yearly reports
* Sanctioned limit of procurement of capital goods
* Liasioning and obtaining permission for various matters related to day to day running of business

VAT
* Preparation and timely submission of Quarterly returns
* Issue of Trade tax certificates
* VAT assessments
