Smartsourcing Global is a growing software development services company with presence in US and India. We are experts in custom software development with focus on web applications, social networks, social media and iPhone application development. Experience of around 5-7 yrs minimum of IT software and services sales and exposure to multiple countries, will be preferred.
Job Profile
* You will be responsible for driving efforts and lead business development for us.
Skills Requirements
* Highly result-oriented
* Should be bold to take on challenges and aggressive goals
* Should have relevant work experience - finding right prospects and selling software development services
* Profile with demonstrated initiative and sales performance
* Hands on experience on few of the following strategies of tapping prospect clients - online networking, online resources, email and phone marketing, Google Adsense, SEO, analyzing market trends and researching on emerging opportunity areas
* Should have excellent communication skills and lot of confidence in penetrating unknown areas.
* Relevant qualification, MBA preferred not mandatory.

* Actively participate in developing and shaping marketing plans and strategies, Define target market clearly
* Generate leads
* Effective following up with the potential customers
* Understand Smartsourcing expertise and services, analyze client requirements and innovatively put pieces together to generate business
* Develop marketing collateral, presentations and proposals
* Constantly evaluate new avenues to boost business growth
* Most important, meet quarterly goals
