Details of the job:
Foxfire India is looking for candidates to add to its Ruby on Rails Development team on a long term basis. An ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Proven RoR Agile development experience.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Rails development.
Demonstrate at least one example of a developed rails application.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in using HTML/CSS/Java Script standards compliant Web UI design skills.
Proficiency in Database concepts, proficient in RDBMS and SQL and DB connectivity using Active Record.
Good understanding of Web Technologies & OOPs concepts
Open source projects and contributions, Experience version control are added advantage.

The main aim of Vehicle speed measurement project is to calculate the speed of a moving vehicle on the road by the traffic cop so that proper action could be taken in case of rush deriving. Project is based of the simple formula relating speed and time, the main challenge is to calculate the time taken by vehicle in travelling a fixed distance.
Final Year :
Time attendance and access control using thumb scanning. As the name suggests the project aims at developing an ARM controller based circuit which controls the entering and departure time of the users of system as well as grant or disallow after scanning his thumb pattern.
