Context & Role
Responsible for conceptualising and executing below the line marketing activities for MetLife India. He/ She will also be responsible for managing the process of printing all the sales literature and collaterals. The role holder will work closely with relevant personnel in designate function to conceptualise, support and execute marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor all BTL & Group marketing activities and ensure adherence to timelines
• Analyse the execution and costs of each marketing activity and suggest improvements
and innovations
• Ensure the printing process is run in a cost-efficient and time-bound manner
• Conceive and execute innovative BTL activities designed to maximise lead generation for the region
Qualifications & Experience
• MBA in Marketing
• 5 - 6 years operational marketing or sales experience in the Financial Services or FMCG/ consumer durables sector OR in a client servicing role in an Advertising Agency/ Event management agency
• Experience in business to business marketing and insurance will be an added advantage
• Operational experience in executing marketing projects and managing vendors
Skills/Knowledge:
• Knowledge of customer, business to business marketing processes
• Project management skills: Ability to carry out multiple tasks in a project to their
logical conclusion
• Demonstration of effective people skills in order to deliver through different sets of people – internal and external
• Demonstration of effective implementation skills to ensure clinical execution
• Knowledge of how to conceptualise and execute BTL programmes
