Job Responsibilities
• Source content from various resources based on inputs from stakeholders.
• Create course outlines based on inputs from SMEs, project leads and other stakeholders.
• Create enabling objectives for modules in courses.
• Work with SMEs and stakeholders to finalize course outline.
• Develop storyboard content based on finalized course outline.
• Work with SMEs to ensure that storyboard content is technically accurate.
• Work with other reviewers to ensure that storyboards are instructionally sound and are in line with existing standards and guidelines.
• Work with the media development team to transform storyboards to flash-based modules.
• Conduct quality check for developed modules to eliminate defects.
• Create instructor-led training material (ppts, student guides, instructor guides, exercises, exercise guides) from existing storyboards.
• Create assessment tests based on established standards and guidelines.
• Ensure quality delivery of modules to various stakeholders at different stages of the project on time.
• Develop product expertise over time and deliver training as and when required.
• Conduct peer reviews when required.
• Be able to adapt to changes in expectations with regard to project deliverables.


Qualifications
• Any Bachelors degree and industry experience as mentioned below.

Required Attributes
• 1-2 years of experience as an instructional designer.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design concepts.
• Proficiency with the MS-Office Suite and Adobe Captivate.
• Must be willing to learn new technologies and pick up new skills.
• Must have experience working in a team environment.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Flash and content authoring tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Java technologies, OOPs concepts, developing courses on software products is a plus.
