    PROJECTS
    - Main Project (B.E) : DESIGN AND FATIGUE ANALYSIS ON METAL MATRIX COMPOSITE CRANKSHAFT
The Crankshafts are most important part in Internal Engines. Due to forces acting on them, they are subjected to various stresses and results in Fatigue failure. To reduce the stress induced and to avoid the Fatigue failure, we made composition in Crankshaft material. As per material composition we designed and Analyzed a new crankshaft.

    - Mini Project (B.E) : DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF HYDRAULIC SCREW JACK
Screw Jack is a device which is used to lift loads. In some situation they lift loads above the designed limit. At that case, the plunger of Hydraulic Screw Jack breaks and results in a big damage to the load. We had avoided this disaster, even when the plunger gets broken, by designing a Hydraulic Screw Jack with thread and nut

    - Main project (DME) : AERO MODELLING BASED ON ALTERNATE FUELS.
Due to rapid increase in usage of fossil fuels. We have started to move towards alternate fuels. Compared to fossil fuels, methanol has more efficiency. And so we designed a engine working with methanol as the fuel.
