Choice : RoR (Senior Software Developer/Team Lead)
Location : Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh - India
Qualification : UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, PG - M.Tech/– Computers, MCA
Eligibility : 2-4 Years work experience
A senior Software Developer/Team Lead will be responsible for the overall development of assigned work in technologies like RoR, Git Version control system,Testing(TDD & BDD) and providing technical leadership on the same to a team of programmers.

* Preparing functional and technical specifications in collaboration with the Project Owner. Also participate in software architecture.
* Working closely with Project Owner to make sure modules & tasks are completed in time frame.
* Providing technical leadership to the team and working to help improve the development practices & standard of the team.
* Keeping fully abreast of latest thinking in all areas of web development with specific emphasis on Ruby on Rails related technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking for talented Senior Web Developer in Ruby on Rails (Ror) technology with a history of commercial product & consumer-oriented web application design and high-end development and exposure to the full project life cycle.

Candidate should be able to handle a mass team of Programmers and inherit a strategic approach in developing and solving technical difficulties observed in projects.

Candidate having leadership qualities and is well knowledged in Testing software development is added advantage.

Skills Required:
* Outstanding knowledge and understanding of Ruby on Rails (as Framework), Ruby (as language), MySQL
* Clear understanding of JQuery, AJAX and other JavaScript libraries
* Using Git Version control system
* Testing ability, preferably in using Shoulda (Unit & Functional testing) along with Factory Girl, Cucumber, Web Rat, RSpec
* Clear understanding of TDD & BDD best practices
* Experience in Software Deployment and Server maintenance using tools/ scripts like Capistrano, Passenger, Continuous Integration Server, etc
