Three years of supervisory experience in work
involving a variety of installation, maintenance and
repair tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists in directing and supervising the repair & maintenance functions, does related work as required. Provides technical expertise and assistance to assigned personnel responsible for the maintenance of machinery & equipment, Electrical & HVAC systems, D.G. Sets, carpentry and tile work, plumbing.


RECURRING DUTIES

10. Undertakes day to day maintenance activities involving minor, major job pertaining to functioning of utilities machinery and equipment.

11. Co ordinates with AMC contractors for regular implementation of Preventive maintenance schedules and organizes services in case of break downs.
12. Supervises over all maintenance activities in all respects.

13. Observes & implements all fire & safety regulations,

14. Maintains various records related to Operations& maintenance functions, stocks, safe guards distributes inventories, tracks and controls all related material consumption.

15. Recommends procedures consistent with efficient and economical trade practices.

16. Provides technical assistance in estimating costs for various maintenance items, the preparation and implementation of plans and specifications, the preparation of estimates for budget purposes, the review of sample material and other related items.

17. Assists in training and supervising subordinate maintenance staff as well as supervising assigned inspectors.

18. Reads and understands drawings and specifications and works form such drawings.

Timely review of Subcontracted & PD Equipments with suppliers.
Participation in meetings between Customers and in-house Engineering division for capturing issues impacting project schedule and costs.
Follow up for timely recovery of payments from Customer.
Follow up of the action taken on issues and raising alarm as and when required.
Interaction with team for details of FOB consignments and develop logistics for transportation of the same to site.
Identify and process changes that impact contract margin.
