EXPERIENCE: At least 2 to 4 years in trade, exposed to electrical, mechanical, HVAC & R & plumbing jobs.

DEFINITION:
Does varied types of work involved in the inspection, repair, servicing, and minor maintenance of refrigeration, electrical equipment, appliances, machinery, and circuits; does related work as required.

RECURRING DUTIES:
Mechanical & Electrical
1. Operates & Maintains central AC plant, monitors equipment operations through BMS system.
2. Carries out all routine services for AHUS, FCUs, window/split and packaged ACs.I
3. Operates and records all electrical and mechanical accessories and equipment.
4. Oils, greases, and maintains in good working order electrical fixtures, appliances, and other equipment and replaces worn parts.
5. Makes emergency electrical repairs, trouble shoots malfunctions and breakdowns; inspects work in progress and completed work for defects, fire hazards or other unsafe conditions.
6. Requisitions, stores, safeguards, and properly uses electrical equipment, materials, and supplies

Common Tasks
1. Records utilities
2. Cleans and maintains tools and equipment.
3. Follows Preventive Maintenance Plan as scheduled
4. Supervises all Major Repairs under AMC
5. Maintain records and files.

In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Executive or the Management
