Maccaferri Environmental Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in India in 1998. Our parent company, Officine Maccaferri S.p.A, headquartered in Bologna, Italy, was established in 1879 and has manufacturing facilities in over 20 countries across five continents.

We design and develop advanced solutions aimed at solving problems related to erosion control, soil stabilization, environment conservation and construction in infrastructure projects in application sectors of roads, railways, rivers, channels, landfills, coastal protection & civil construction.

Civil Engineers (Design/ Sales/ Markting & Business Development/ Projects)/ AutoCAD Draftsmen/ Graduates Design – Managers/ Engineers (9 positions): The job involves preparing & providing design, technical support, participation in research & development activities, internal and external training etc. Post Graduates of age below 28 years with good academic track records in Civil/ Geotechnical/ Hydraulics engineering from reputed institutes are preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills, willingness to relocate to any of our offices in India and/or abroad are expected. The person may need to undergo training in India and/or abroad to be able to achieve the highest quality standards the company strives for.

Sales/ Business Development - Area Managers/ Engineers - Sales (18 positions):- The candidate shall be responsible for prospecting potential clients, expanding existing client base, building relationships, developing/ managing information and achieving targeted level of sales. The person should have a degree/ diploma in Civil or other allied engineering from a reputed college/ institute. Sound technical knowledge, pleasing personality with good communication/ networking skills are desired. Experience required is 0-6 years and additional qualifications like DBM/ MBA/ etc. will be an added advantage.

Project Execution & Management- Engineers (Should be Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering) Project Managers (4 positions):- The candidate shall bein charge of specific projects and should be able to independently manage/handle 2-3 projects/ sites of civil construction/ infrastructure type jobs situated all over India. The candidate will require to be based at the project site. Experience required is 8-12 years.

Regional Project Coordinators (2 positions):-The candidate shall be responsible for coordinating all the project sites of a region for day to day site related needs, with the Project Managers/ Senior Engineers and also with the client, consultant etc. at site so as to achieve the qualitative timely completion of work. The candidate shall be based in our Regional Office and should be prepared to travel extensively to various project sites. Experience required is 5-10 years and additional qualifications in Construction/ Project Management shall be given preference.

Senior Engineers (6 positions):- To be located full time at our project sites of civil construction/ infrastructure type jobs situated all over India. Experience required is 4-7 years.

Assistant Engineers/ Junior Engineers (10 positions):- To be located full time at our project sites of civil construction/ infrastructure type jobs situated all over India. Experience required is 0-3 years.

AutoCAD Draftsman (3 positions): Diploma holders/ ITI in Civil Engineering with good drafting experience are expected to apply. The person should have high precision levels to match with the International Standards and be able to meet the demanding expectations of our clients/ customers.

CAs/ ICWAs/ MBAs/ Graduates (Finance/ Commercial/ Accounts/ Corporate Treasury and Banking/ Taxation) We are looking for talented, young, hardworking professionals to fill positions at various levels and locations for the above functions. Candidates with professional qualifications and also bright graduates with excellent track records having experience ranging from 0 – 10 years are invited to apply for these positions. Candidates below age 32 shall be preferred. Good analytical and communication skills, willingness to relocate to any of our offices in India are expected.
