Experience in Instrument Index , Input / Output Lists, Specification / Data sheets , Control ,Philosophy / System Architecture , Instrument Sizing / Calculation & Selection

Knowledge on Instrument Junction Box Drawings / Cable list / Cable Gland schedule and Interconnection Drawings / Wiring schematic Diagram

Knowledge of Erection of field Transmitters, Control Cables, Cable tray laying., Calibration of various types of Transmitters & Control Valves, Hydro test, Process hookup diagrams / Installation drawing

Expert in Interdisciplinary co-ordination and Quality System procedure.

Job description

Instrumentation construction activities like field instrument installation, cable & cable Trays installation, dry loop & Power on loop-check, hydro test, calibration of various types of transmitters & Valves.

Reviewing drawing queries on AutoCAD / Microstation

Complete construction & monitoring activities, for the Instrumentation Construction on a daily, weekly, monthly and overall basis of progress.

Co-ordination and follow up with other disciplines such as EPC-Structural, Electrical & Civil for allocation of materials required for Instrument activities.

Co-ordination with the client and vendor to get approval drawings for Instrumentation detailing.
