    1. Responsible for identifying prospective clients by Market Research and cold calls.
    2. Should have proven track record of generating business leads against defined Target.
    3. Accountable for achieving Targets.
    4. Should have good understanding of IT or ITES services offered by Software Company.
    5. Excellent Communication skills.
    6. Have to work in shifts (USA hours)
