    Details of the job:
    An INTELLIGENT OUTSOURCING firm, which provides the following services to asset managers and capital markets
    * middle and back office
    * investment research and analytics
    * hedge fund administration
    * offshore and technology consulting

    JOb Details :
    Will need to have a good understanding of all of company’s services (Hedge Fund Administration, Research and Analytics, Middle and back office services for asset managers, Advisory services and Technology consulting) to be able to talk to potential clients
    * Will prepare and maintain a sales database of potential and existing clients, and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of all prospects. The database will be comprehensive in all respects, and not people-dependent
    * Will work within the rules of a well-defined sales strategy. The sales strategy will contain details on which type of clients that company seeks, what size they should be, how Epitome will engage with them, etc. The sales strategy will also guide him/her on what targets must be met every month and for the year in terms of both revenues and realization
    * Will be responsible for contacting potential clients defined by the sales strategy, identifying the relevant contacts within the company who would be the key decision makers or influencers, making a presentation to them and convert them to clients. Since Company’s potential clients are largely in the USA/UK/Europe, the incumbent may have to support various time zones
    * Will work very closely with the CEO and respective heads of the different service lines and get them involved as needed in converting prospects into clients. May have to make periodic visits to meet some of the key clients and potential clients in person in their respective countries. This will be guided by the sales strategy, as amended from time to time
    * If any potential or new clients visit the office in India, incumbent will be responsible for organizing and coordinating their visit. He/she will coordinate will all key constituents including Admin, the relevant service line heads and other employees to ensure that the objectives of the visit are achieved

    Qualifications :
    Bachelor’s degree in any field
    2 to 3 years of sales experience in IT, ITES, BPO, and KPO industry
    Excellent oral communication skills
    Excellent written communication skills
    Ability to deal with "rejection"
    Attention to detail
    Task and deadline-orientation
    Ability to get along with all levels of personnel

    Work Experience :
    Sales experience in financial services industry
    Experience / exposure to financial services

    Salary : Best in the industry and negotiable
