Consulting:[*]Understand the Client’s current Supply Chain model[*]Leading and Conducting onsite study of Supply Chain for Potential Clients[*]Analysing Data captured during the visit / provided by client[*]Finalising Operational and IT value proposals (Integrated supply chain management, Warehouse Management, Distribution management, Vendor Management, Returns management, IT Systems etc.) for client[*]Re- Design the Client’s Supply Chain[*]Presenting Final Implementable Value Proposals to Client[*]Post Client approval, draw the map for implementation of the Value Proposals.[*]Cross – Leverage the best practices of the Industries to the benefit of the Client[*]Initiate Process Excellence tools[*]Ability to analyse and create value based solutions for clients based on Periodical Operational reports[*]For current client base, innovate Cost Saving measures by constantly “tweaking” the Client’s current Supply Chain2. Roll Out[*]Drafting Legal Agreement to include all the terms agreed with client[*] Interviewing / Screening of Manpower to be recruited as onsite team[*] Finalise Capex Requirements (Racks, MHE's, IT Infrastructure etc)[*] Negotiate with vendors for Capex Roll Out[*] Negotiate with Various Service Providers (Manpower, Transport etc)[/LIST]

    [LIST][*]Managing Clients supply chain adhering to the KPI's fixed[*]Optimize distribution channel to squeeze inefficiency at various levels[*]Establishing and reviewing SOP's[*]Defining KPI's for other Supply Chain Players like 3Pl provider, stores, Clients HO etc[*]Monitoring and Benchmarking performance of other Supply Chain Players[*]Defining Daily Operational Reports[*]Monitoring Day to Day Operations of Genco Managed Client Side[*]Apprising Client about Operations on Daily basis through Daily Report[*]Coordinating with onsite team for day to day operations and troubleshooting[*]Providing Value additions (Tangible and Intangible) to Client on continual basis[*]Providing Client with Monthly and Quarterly Analysis of Operations[*]Provide product, process and cost visibility to client[*]Advice Process/Infrastructure/IT improvement to client based on Monthly/ Quarterly Analysis of Clients Supply Chain Operations[*]Liaison with Cyberlog team to develop IT Solution for client in order to provide Visibility and cost analytics[*]Training and Mentoring the team[/LIST]
