Scope Of Work :-
- Identification of Vibration Measurement locations on the equipments like Compressor, Blowers, Induced Draft (I.D) Fan, Forced Draft (F.D) Fan, etc..,
- Initially take overall vibration readings (OAV) on all the accessible bearing points of the machine in appropriate units – ( Displacement / Velocity / Acceleration ) in three directions, such as horizontal, vertical and axial.
- If the measured vibration level is outside the acceptable limits, then a detailed analysis will be undertaken by using FFT spectrum.
- To interpret the vibration data and identify the defects in the machine like unbalance, misalignment, looseness etc..,
- To prepare action plan for implementation to achieve acceptable vibration levels on the machines & to improve the health condition if any defects existing.
- If it is found as an unbalance problem. Then will do the spot dynamic balancing by using vibration instrument (sendig BSZ 602 – single channel).
- Evaluate the Stability of Machine By Using (Nyquist Graph).
- Making Run up and Coast Down Test.
- Doing Phase analysis.
