PROJECT UNDERTAKEN :
PROJECT NAME : OFF SITE and Utility, & Urea plant
- In 2006, got utility & group of plants under this plant 6 plants come name of these are raw water, cooling tower, compressor house, effluent treatment, sulphur recovery, ion exchange plant.
- The main plant is effluent treatment plant. In raw water we just remove the suspended particles. In ion exchange plant, we polish the water by passing through ion exchange bed, and then send for the boilers. In cooling tower we just cool the water which comes from the boilers. In ETP we do the treatment of water through nitrification & denitrification.
- In 2007, I had allotted Urea plant. In Urea plant I come to know that how urea forms from raw materials like ammonia gas, carbon dioxide gas. Both gases are used in liquid forms. We simply compress these gases under high pressure & temp & finally from some chemical changes, we just recover urea.

MAJOR PROJECT : Designing of Kettle Reboiler through MAT LAB
- In this major project, I come to know that how can we design a kettle reboiler by going through steps to steps. What are the advantages, how it is better other than, heat load required, and physical prop., space required, height required, etc.
DISSERTATION WORK IN M.TECH-
LIQUID PHASE ADSORPTION OF C8 ISOMERS WITH FAUJASITE ZEOLITES
- In this project, I come to know that how the adsorption takes place in liquid phase with different isomers by using various adsorbents like NaX, NaY, BaX, BaY, KX, KY etc. I also come to know that which adsorbent we can use in a plant so that we can increase the capacity of the plant.
