Scope
- A method is disclosed for testing a heating and cooling system having a plurality of variable speed motors.
- It is an improved method of troubleshooting a gas furnace in the field.
- Here the motor is replaced by inducer motor simulator board for troubleshooting.
- This simulator diagnoses the problems that occur in the motor.
- This simulator board generally related to troubleshooting method for service technicians operating in the field to test a system with variable speed motors.
- An inducer motor simulator board is also used to provide the flexibility and individuality to eliminate system components as the source of the system error by the strategic use of component simulator circuit.
- As well it will simulate the pressure switches (LOW & HIGH) which are mounted on motor. Pressure switches will be activated when required pressure build up by motor.
Role : Responsible for developing schematic and firmware of
our project, coordinating and leading.
