    - Responsible for handling end-to-end US Immigrant Visas and Non Immigrant Visas and all types of queries and resolving issues and concerns pertaining to US Tech’s Immigration matters;
    - Primarily handling H-1B Cap cases, Transfers, Extensions, Second and Subsequent Extensions as well as employment based and family based Immigrant petitions;
    - Briefing HR personnel regarding Immigration formalities;
    - Informing the management from time to time about the changes in Immigration rules;
    - Maintaining immigration spreadsheets and records specific to the process and updating them on a timely basis;
    - Providing Immigration information to the concerned HR personnel and familiarizing them with the required documentation and information to initiate the case request;

    - Creating Employee Immigration Records in blue-dot immigration portal;
