Major learnings and Achievements :
- Working as in charge of Process Department at a very young age of 25. This is significant because of the pressure that gets piled up in carrying on day to day deliverables and Monthly targets.
- Kiln shutdown process & Light up works. This particular task specially requires excellent rapport with the other departments like electrical, lab, admin etc.
- Receiving and keeping track Raw materials which is difficult because of its very nature of huge volumes.
