- Was promoted in “The Carphone Warehouse” from a sales executive to a team leader-training, due to my exceptional performance growth.
- Was awarded the “Star Team Leader of the Quarter Jan-Apr’08” for my outstanding performance with my team in “The Carphone Warehouse”. I led and managed my team of 8 sales executives, and we exceeded our team target by two-fold.
- Handled mass-hiring single-handedly in a job fair in NIIT Campus while working with “Subha Technical Services”, where out of 80 candidates, selected 10 candidates where all 10 also qualified the technical round and got final job offer. The entire process was completed in 3 days.
WORK EXPERIENCE :-
1.Organization : “Fair Deal Cars”
Tenure : October 2009 – Till Date
Designation : HR Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all major activities of HR. Directly report to Managing Director of the organization.
- Looking after all the HR and admin aspects of all the 150 employees of the workshop.
- Taking care of recruitment (through job portals, reference), selection
- Having a regular check on all the procedures followed in workshop by having regular audits.
- Chalking out incentive slabs along with General Manager - Service.
- Coordinate with all the department’s managers in relation to their personal and department’s grievances.
- Maintaining records of the entire employee’s attendance, training schedules, resignations, outdoor slips, leave applications, uniforms, ID Cards, etc.
- Maintaining all the employee’s personal details, such as address, DOB, qualifications, training undergone, leaves taken, etc.
- Nominate employees for training at Maruti Suzuki Service / Regional Training Centres.
- Taking care of all the Admin and Expenditure activities as well.
2.Organization : “Subha Technical Services”
Tenure : March – October 2009
Designation : HR Coordinator
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all HR functions and coordination with different AMC’s (Annual Maintenance Contract) requirements.
- Responsible for the entire process of recruitment, such as sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, negotiation, offer release.
- Conduct preliminary face-to-face interviews with candidates (for technical and non-technical positions) to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations.
- Schedule technical trainings (software & hardware) with the respective department’s heads.
- Recruited for technical positions through mass hiring in job fairs held in several IT institutes, such as NIIT, CDAC, etc.
- Designed HR Policies and Procedures to be followed by the entire employee strength.
- Gather detailed interview feedback from the technical heads about the candidate’s technical expertise, in order to select most qualified candidates.

- Responsible for Process & Sales Training to team members and freshers.
