The Safer Capture Software is designed to use as a part of the Document Conversion process. In the process of digitizing a document on paper, the documents are scanned into images and the data present on those images are keyed in and then converted into a suitable digital format.
Safer Capture software involves Importing, Indexing, Formatting, Exporting the Images. The software Imports scanned images automatically to particular location automatically. Then the images are undergoes to Indexing which involves Zoning, Ocr, Keying etc.
This software intends to ease the process of keying in the data existing on the scanned image files, which form the source of data in the conversion process. It enables for distributing the scanned images to each data entry operator as and when he/she requests for a particular batch of images. A single image file can comprise of a set of images which are subjected to a process called Zoneing In which single image can be zoned to multiple images. Each image inside the file can be segregated and then suitably keyed. It also provides for subjecting the image files to a process called OCR, which converts Image file to text file finally it enables to transform the data keyed in into suitable text files.
Finally the data will be formatted in requested format and exported to client.
