Global Financial Information Center (GFIC) plays a key role in streamlining Oracle’s financial and accounting operations around the world. SHARED SERVICES CENTER (SSC) – a group within GFIC, provides transaction–processing services covering Revenue Accounting and Customer Operations. This team supports Oracle’s internal operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of any of the Foreign languages like Italian, German, French, Chinese, Arabiab, Greek, Dutch, Spanish etc.
· Translation or transaction processing to Foreign Language or from Foreign Language to English.
· Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
· Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
· Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects
· Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.
· Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of language skills of the team.

The project “Interactive control of temperature and liquid level using PIC 16F876A micro controller”, which is designed for the continuous process control of two parameters. There is one-way interaction in our project i.e. change in level will affect temperature but change in temperature will not affect liquid level. The reading of a process will be displayed on a seven-segment display and will be updated after every sampling cycle.

Project objective is to develop a micro controller (89C51) based “Silt Density Index” calculator to automate the process of Silt Density Index calculation. The project is being carried out at sewage treatment plant R.C.F Ltd which is totally automated.
The current process was manual, which engages a person up to 45 min. thus wasting a considerable amount of time. Also the accuracy can be introduced in the process. The automation can be done by programming the 89C51 micro controller to measure time accurately. The micro controller is also interfaced with solenoid valves to carry out the necessary switching.
