Job Description
Expertise in creating designs, plans, layouts, working drawings and detailed drawings, utilities & services design
Assisting in strategic design planning, preparation of schedules and follow up
Undertaking preliminary feasibility studies to assess development potential of new projects or acquisitions from the design perspective
Inputs in the selection of consultants/architects
Involvement in articulating the design brief to consultants / architects
Evaluation of designs received from various design consultants /design architects
Adding value to drawings furnished by external architects for maximizing FSI/ functionality and aesthetics
Knowledge of building codes & ability to research building bylaws in different cities.
Project coordination with domestic / international design consultants/architects as per designs
Co-ordinating all drawings and projects in multiples between consultants, contractors & sites
Maintaining an updated data base of architects/consultants, building and managing relationships with architects / consultants
Continuously monitoring design trends and developments
Generating and constantly improving options of finishes, new materials, value added amenities.
Coordinating with marketing department on all renderings, views and brochures

5-8 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, working drawings, detailing on drawings, Project Management with exposure to large scale construction projects in Commercial, Residential and Retail segments.
