    Abstract : Site specific and Targeted drug delivery systems offering controlled delivery of biologically active agents, are gaining importance in pharmaceutical research and development.
    Colon targeted sustained release tablet dosage form for Drug 1 have been prepared and evaluated in various dissolution conditions and up to 85-90 % drug release was obtained in the colonic region at the end of 24 hours.
    Gastro retentive floating tablet dosage form for Drug 2 has been developed for gastric retention over a period of 24 hr.
    - Research guide : Dr. Amrita Bajaj.

    B. PHARM :
    Project report submitted on “INTRODUCTION TO COLLOIDAL DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM” under the guidance of Ms. Vrushali Kashikar.
