Customer Support Executive (Software/Technical):
Job Description :
Incumbent is responsible for software IMPLEMENTATION and training at the clients place, understanding the client's software related problems and providing continuous support on the business application package.
* Responsible for Software Implementation and troubleshooting activities
o Pre installation verification at the Client's place
o Responsible for the rollout of new modules, released by the Development Team, across all clients in various cities/towns
o Coordinating with the Support Department in support related matters
o Coordination with the Client IT Team
o Daily MIS report generation and handing it over to the concerned authority as assigned by the client
o Performing day to day activities in software trouble shooting, error identification if any
* Candidate Profile :
o Should be a Computer Sciences Graduate/Diploma in computers with experience in retail application software installation and troubleshooting process, Efficient problem solving skills and familiarity with Hardware and POS peripherals, networking and SQL database
o Should be willing to travel
o Candidates having experience in retail/accounting application is an added advantage
o Position reports to Support head
o Local candidates are preferred
o Knowledge on Hardware and Networking is an added advantage but is not necessary
Experience : 1 - 2 years

Territory Sales Manager :
* Responsible for
o The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling eRetail Cybertech retail software solutions, products and services to end-user customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
o Will represent eRetail Cybertech to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
o The key role of this position is to maintain and grow the base business, focus on new business opportunities in assigned territory /accounts.
o Will be responsible for channel management – appointing, setting-up, and training and supporting reseller business in the assigned territory.
o Provides mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
o Will be responsible for developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving sales and marketing objectives.
o Contribute in design, development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns with product/ marketing management team in the assigned territory
o Will be required to participate in industry/ business conference and trade fair (National / International)
* Desired Candidate Profile :
o Should have an excellent communication & presentation skills and possess good interpersonal skills.
o Should possess qualities like Positive Attitude - Disciplined - Result oriented – Work in a planned and organized manner.
o Should be self motivated, self driven, enthusiastic and go- getter.
o Should be ambitious to learn and grow.
o Should be willing to travel extensively and possess two-wheeler.
o Candidate having sales experience are preferred.
