    Require - Sales Coordinator, Bangalore
    Job Description :

    Skills and Responsibilities :
    1. To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and coordination with Accounts to issue Performa invoices to our customers as required.
    2. To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to Company business.
    Respond to all sales inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.
    3. Prepare correspondence, necessary forms as well as prepare proposals or other letters as directed.
    4. To meet customers to discuss their requirements.
    5. Develops strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction
    6. Work with sales personnel to achieve required sales team goals.
    7. Coordination for sales activities with reseller and channel partners
    8. Preparation of Case studies of projects executed in discussion with customers to build marketing material for distribution.
    9. Preparation of newsletters on monthly basis and distribute to customers
    10. Provide sales update and stories or customer testimonials in marketing material
    11. Work on Tenders both Government and Public Sector Companies

    Qualification :

    Any Bachelor’s Degree


    Mandatory Skills :
    1. Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and writing skills in English are a must)
    2. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook etc.)
    3. Ability to build strong relationship with customers and close orders on phone or mail
    4. Enthusiastic, hard working, well organised and able to prioritise.
    5. Desirable to have knowledge & experience of working in the Embedded Industry.
