Manager - F&A
Should be able to finalise accounts independently. Comfortable working with systems, including ERPs. Advanced knowledge of MS Office. Accustomed with local laws viz. Service tax, Income tax Experience in IFRS accounting. Capable of handling auditors, both Statutory and Internal. Capable of managing a team of people. Must have worked with medium size company. Responsible to manage financial reporting including production of the monthly financial results. Validate the monthly financial reports; analyze the actual financial results against forecast and budgets. Management of business cycles in co-ordination with other functions of the business, 3 years plans, budget and forecast. Manage capex files and budgets. Manage project accounting, Cost Accounting, Conduct, project reviews and document the decisions of the project review meetings.

AGM -F&A
He shall be responsible for entire accounts & finanace functions of the division. Responsible for MIS and P&L of the respective Division. Assisting HO-Finance Department in finalizing annual accounts and balance sheet of the company and preparing / monitoring of revenue and fund mobilization for the for the Division. To assist in all functions at site. Liaison with Auditors, Banks and Financial Institutions. Responsible for tax planning/taxation and tax audit. Ensure timely payments. To review, manage Fund flow & Cash flow. Ensure optimum utilisation of funds. Responsible for Fund Mobilisation. To oversee Commercial functions. To manage all commercial aspects of Purchases and Sub-contracts. Suggest cost control measures to project sites. Tax Planning & System Development, Budgetary Control, Accounts, MIS and Fund Management, Taxation & Statutory Compliances, Commercial Affairs, Risk Analysis & Insurance. Shall be Reporting to DGM – F&A / GM-Projects. He should be well versed with International Trading Transactions and Forex management. Procurement planning on a continuous basis, to ensure adequate inventory levels and Inventory Control on regular basis at each operation / location is also a vital function. Familiarity with Accounting Software - Tally & other Internet based software for receiving / transferring voluminous data to / from multiple locations is an essential required skill. Knowledge of any ERP package is preferable. He should develop systems to effectively receive data on a daily / weekly basis to monitor and control the finance and accounts at each of the locations. He should review and refine existing Reporting systems and prepare consolidated and comprehensive periodic Management Accounts.

GENERAL MANAGER (EXECUTION) – IRRIGATION
Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15 to 20 years of experience in the execution of Dams, Spillways, Canals, Tunnels, CM, CD, Irrigation Structures etc., as well as knowledge of investigation of Designs. He should be a good leader with effective communication capabilities. Location :- Hyderabad.

DGM(Mech)
BE(Mech) with 15 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing, errection of Radial gates with hoist arrangements in Dams, preferably with knowledge in design of the gates.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
BE/BTech/Dip in Civil Engineering with an experience of 6 to 10 years in execution of irrigation projects like dams, spillways, canal systems, CM/CD structures etc. The candidate should have experience in coordination with different authorities/agencies in all technical issues, should possess good communication skills and should be a good team player. The candidate should have knowledge/experience of preparation of drawings, estimation and checking of quantities, AutoCAD etc.

MANAGER ACCOUNTS
B.Com / M.Com / CA with 8 to 10 years experience in Accounts, Finance, Budgeting, Finalization of Accounts in Construction Company. An ideal candidate who can handle the Project Site and with good Leadership skills andhigh confidence levels. Location :- Bihar

MANAGER (QUALITY CONTROL)
BE/BTech/Dip in Civil Engineering with experience of 4 to 8 years in quality control of earthen embankments, concrete structures, CC lining of canals etc.

MANAGER (QUANTITY SURVEYING)
BE/BTech/Dip in Civil Engineering with an experience of 6 to 10 years as Quantity Surveyor. The candidate should have knowledge of preparation of drawings, estimation and checking of quantities, AutoCAD etc. The candidate should have experience of minimum of two road projects.
