ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Installation & Commissioning of all the Wimax BTS(StarMAX™ 6400 Series Mobile Base Station) and Aggregating all the Base stations through E1-Streams, FE- Optical ,GE -Optical and other Transmission Equipments to ASN.
o Responsible for installing and supporting network hardware, software, and applications on PC .
o Handle the tasks of providing Level 3 technical support to resolve day-to-day network, computer, and peripheral equipment issues for production and test environments
o Perform installation and upgrading of new network and desktop application software
o Handle responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software problems and select proper corrective action
o Configuring the 3COM LAN Switch .
o Upgrading the BTS with the new Firmware Version and Checking the connectivity between the BTS and the ASN Gateway.
o Performing Network Testing by Using Teraterm
o Removing and Adding the NAP ID by Remote Login into 3COM Core LAN Switch
