B.E. in Production from Dr.B.A.M.University, Aurangabad
Work Experience : 1.5 Year experience
1. Currently working as a lecturer in P.V.P.Institute of Technology, Pune
Duration : 16th Feb 2009 to till date now.
2. Worked as a Jr. CAE Analyst in Pioneer Technologies, Pune
Duration : 07th July 2008 to 07th Feb 2009.
Key skills :
Pre processing : Hypermesh 8.0
Solver : ANSYS R11.0, L.S Dyna
Post processing : Hyper View, L.S. Post
Major-Projects Worked On :
Project : Drop Test of the Plastic Lid Component.
Software : Hypermesh, L.S. Dyna.
Description : The FE modeling of parts was carried out using shell elements stringent quality criteria. The component was dropped on the rigid wall through a height of 1 meter in different position. The deformation and the strain induced in the component were noted and later design changes were suggested to the customer.
Project : FE modeling of Various Powertrain Components
Software : HYPERMESH
Description : Tetra meshing of the Powertrain components like exhausts manifold, connecting rod,
integrated bracket, Motor casing, Cylinder Head Casing etc.
Project : FE Modeling of Door Panel, Chassis and Various BIW Parts.
Software : HYPEMESH
Description : The FE modeling of parts was carried out using shell elements. After completion of the
FE modeling Hemming, welding and 1-D connections were carried out.
Project : FE modeling of plastic components like Instrumental Panel, A.C. Grills, Console,
Bumper Assembly, Head Light Assembly
Software : HYPERMESH
Description : The complete Plastic parts were modeled with 2D-Shell elements using stringent element
quality parameter.
Academic-Projects :
M Tech. Project :
Project : Finite Element Analysis of Residual Stresses in Welded Zone of Duplex Stainless Steel.
Software : ANSYS
Description : A work has been carried out in order to study behavior of weld metal under residual stresses, which generates due to highly non-uniform temperature field during welding. As per the need FEA modeling of 240*50 plates is done in Ansys using shell 57 element. The necessary loading & boundary conditions are applied. A non linear thermal analysis is carried out to get the global thermal history which is given as an input to structural analysis where shell 183 element is employed. A static analysis is carried out & post processing the result have been discussed & documented
Project : Experimental investigation of Effect of Helium Shielding Gas on GTA Welding of Duplex Stainless Steel.
B.E. Project :
Project : Non Conventional Power Generation by Speed Breakers
