Eligibility Criteria:
-- Candidate should be a Graduate (any discipline) with excellent Communications skills (written & verbal).
-- Candidate should have minimum Experience of 1-2years.
-- Candidate should have worked on Physician/Hospital AR/RCM process for a minimum period of 1 year (preferably on Hospital AR)
-- Candidate should have strong knowledge of terminology used while working on patient accounts/claims.
-- Basic Key board Skills with a reasonable speed (20-30 wpm) and internet savvy.
-- Have basic knowledge of MS Office and willing to work in night shifts.

Job Profile :
-- Interacting with US based Insurance companies for claims resolution / Denial Management.
-- Maintaining record of correspondence with insurance companies through e-mails and faxes of important documents like corrected bills,
-- medical records, remittance, reprising sheets, denial letters, and canceled copy of checks.
-- Maintaining systematic documentation of each medical claims/case.
